Nice one Jimmy, then again you're a Scouser and know what Liverpool Football Club means unlike "rent-a-quote" Lawrenson and sadly Jocky Hansen.

Hurray for Jimmy, at least some sense. As for Lawrenson, everyone knows he a wannabe manc and hansen is full of sh1t, he's become another media puppet.

Daglish is just plain and simple GOD he always says the right thing.
Remember when he was being interviewed when we played the mancs and Demento walked past, he said to the interviewer "Why did you talk to him? You's get more sense out of a baby" or something like that LOL

I think this was in 1986 or 1987... Dalglish walked by with his little daughter in his arms... claiming that they would get a lot more sense out of his daughter!
Classic!
Kenny...Forever King!!!

Jimmy was a hero of mine, the hardest player I have ever seen. He actually worked as an electrician for my employer before signing professional with Liverpool. Legend has it he travelled to work on the bus with his boots in a carrier bag before going to training in the afternoon.

Goes years without making a comment on Liverpool, but when he does it's music to our ears. Well in Jimmy Case. There are still a few real Reds left who've played the game.

Re: Oh Jimmy, Jimmy. Jimmy, Jimmy, Jimmy Case.
Remember reading the news here when he led Brighton to knock us out of the FA cup that year (1983 I think?). Hate him for that but still hoped Brighton won the cup against the manc. It wasn't to be, though.
But he has always be a red in my heart and will forever be.
