I made some lemon curd recently. Just had some on toast and it is fucking ACE.

not had it since i was a kid but used to like it. hard to describe except to say its yellow and its sold in jars next to the jam in the supermarket

I like a lemon curd tart, you know those Mr Kipling ones in a small foil dish. Apricot are alright but I do like it when its lemon curd instead. Some places do a six pack of just lemon ones, they're great they are.
