I worked with Daphne and Celeste when I was working on Stagecrew at Butlins in Bognor Regis in 1999. They came to the camp several times to promote Oo Stick You but it was a flop originally. It was rereleased 6 months later, which was when it made the charts.
Celeste was fit as f*ck but Daphne was a bit of a pig. They had chaperones with them all the time. They came across as precocious, spoilt, loud Yanks. I was in hysterics the first time I saw them 'perform' ie mime to, Oo Stick You. I still have their only album 'We Didn't Say That!' It great in a 'it's so bad it's great' type of way.
