I have signed up for a 3 min stand up open mic thing
in September. I am now shitting myself and wondering what the fuck i have done. i was due to do one last year but the night was cancelled due to the main act (a actual comic) having to cancel.
It is scary and exciting at the same time. i have no idea what i will say, don't even know whether to do it in english or swedish. Anyway, I'm doing it.

I done about 10mins standup once, i was cool as a breeze until the time came and i nearly shat myself. I done it with professional fellas as well so it was a bit daunting but once your up on the stage it'll either come natural or you'll fail miserably.

This fella's wife dies. It's a bad time indeed and also he has barely any money at all. He goes into the (Sverge) Echo to post an obit but can only afford 'Mary Jones Died'. The woman there feels sorry for him and tells him she'll let him have another 3 words free. He's very grateful and thinks for a while and say' ok, I've got it, put this : Fiesta For Sale'.
