if she understands the thought, if not a tin of beans at the head it is then... actually a tin of beans may be in her favour either way...

I remember my nan bitching even months before her 50th that for her 25th my granddad got her a stainless steel rotary whisk... it looked silver he said... fair play, that whisk is still in the drawer and used... granddads not like, but the whisk is....

I don't know. Most women like jewellery, but I don't. If I could have a present right now I'd like botox or a mitre block. I always like concert tickets too.

Re: 10th wedding anniversary ideas please

It's our tenth in July. We had grandiose plans to go back to New York (one of our honeymoon destinations) for our tenth anniversary. However, those plans were made before having kids and the finances won't stretch to that and a family holiday. So, we're just having a very posh meal out.

got to be something you'd remember like that... concerts are a winner...

or if money is incredibly tight and she is a romantic type, how about sorting child care, and packing a picnic some where scenic?

actually, even if money isn't tight, the picnic either day or evening with candles, (check the location for flies and midgies...) would prob score you shit loads of brownie points... and for bonus, the present could still be there too...

How about a divorce? 10 years is too long.
