Today...
...I nearly shit my kecks.

Was walking around the shops on my dinner hour and all of a sudden everything went straight to defcon 1.

I had to power walk back to the office for an earthshattering shit.
Seemed to recover after that, but it was touch and go there for a while. It was very nearly all over...

I don't know, I was looking around JJB Sports at the time, it's possible that had an impact on my overall health.

The speed with which it came upon me (to the point where I virtually couldn't walk) was a surprise of Pearl Harbour proportions.

On holidays last summer in the middle of training for a marathon so I went for a run. Had a few beers and a meal late the night before
3 miles out along the beach at about 9am took 26 mins. On the way back could feel the tummy rumbling came back in 23 mins (nearly had a heart attack!) sprinted up the hotel steps while having watery farts, just about made gents, world fell out of my arse for 20 mins. I must have looked funny sprinting through hotel lobby!
