Ernie Els Meltdown- for golfers

I couldn't believe what I was watching. Els has a 2 shot lead ,in the Dunhill Masters at Leopard Creek, coming down the last. The 18th is a par 5 to an island green. His first shot is perfection smack bang in the mddle of the fairway. Second shot must be a layup followed by a pitching wedge. Nope Ernie goes for the green and pops it in the water., takes his drop and over cooks a wedge into the water at the back of the green. Drops and plays his sixth to 8 feet, misses the put and walks off with an eight to lose to English journeyman John Bickerton by a shot !!

Did anyone else feel that Mel Gibson's remake of the classic Life of Brian wasn't anywhere near as funny as the original?
