Period drama's

I really do not like them.I am sure there may be some good stories in there but the whole BBC costume drama shove it in your face thing just does not tickle my fancy.
Also I have to go to church this morning for daughter's "first act of forgiveness" then Mrs G is going to want to go shopping ,then ...oh forget it I am on one.
goodbye

Re: Period drama's

Anything to do with Jane Austen or period dramas is for tarts, end of discussion.
Its so feeble minded women can fantasise about being swept off their feet by Mr.Right or some Prince and can be all romantic and have a little cry about how handsome the lead character is.
It is fucking garbage and if Jane Austen was still alive today she should have her cunt filled with quick drying cement.

Re: Period drama's

There's a good reason they call them 'period' dramas.
I prefer Jizz dramas on channel 5.

Re: Period drama's

Speaking of Jane Austen, I was at the cinema the other day and a trailer came up for a film called "The Jane Austen Book Club" if anyone has seen that trailer then you will realise that it is the most turgid piece of shit ever written. All women if they are in a book club, especially a Jane Austen one should take a good look at themselves I mean honestly.

Period dramas are ok if they are done right and are based on the right book though I think, and no. I aint a woman or gayer.

Reeves and Mortimer did the best ever period drama

"Oh I'm sorry Mr Arcey, I'm in love with another man!"

Camera trurns to a man in an old-style army uniform with an egg for a head, dancing like Ricky Gervais on the lawn.

Arcey: "god damn it corporal egg head, how does he do it?"

Another bloked: "They say it's his bewitching dance..."
