Depends what you're into really.

If you're into shite music there's like 100,000,000,000 shit places.

If you like good music there's like 3 good places.

*Considers a post about the amount of decent music venues in Manchester*

*Leaves it for another time*

Word. Seal Street and Hardman Street is the best end of town. The belly heads tend to stick around Concert Square and Mathew street to feed their scouse house addictions.

It was great, and is now on my "must visit" place when I'm over. I always go to many different places, and usually have a good time regardless (well, I have a few stories when I have enjoyed a place less, but that's for another time), but that's mostly due to good company and all the friendly scousers*. Now I have a place where I actually enjoy the place itself, the music, the style, the people, etc. So the tip was much appreciated.

*When I meet people out, they usually ask me what I think of Liverpool, scousers and the Liverpool nightlife in general. I always tell them that everyone I meet is so friendly, and that the nightlife is ace with people smiling all the time etc. Many thinks I'm joking, and others ask me if I haven't had any trouble or if I've been robbed or anything. Well, I haven't and I don't know where that comes from. I love Liverpool and the people, and they've always been kind to me, so that's my impression of the place even if sometries to convince me otherwise....
