wierd phobias (sp?)

I was away for the weekend a couple of weeks ago with my missus and my mate and his other half, we found out that both my missus and his missus both had the same very wierd phobias.

neither of them could touch cotton wool, neither of them could wash up wooden spoons (they were happy using them to cook but couldnt face washing them up) and neither of them could touch the polystyrene packing you get in boxes.

it seemed wierd to me, but i couldnt really say much as in knew it would get turned back to me as i feel sick if i touch bare plaster, even if i'm in a room with too much bare plaster i start to feel pretty ill. I once almost fell down a mates stairs because his newly plastered walls had been whitewashed so i didnt see them as bare plaster but i put my hand against them on the way down and recoilled and almost fell.

so, any other wierdos out there?

Yeah I hate those socks with individual toe compartments, you know the ones, like gloves but for your feet. They freak me right out, it's like each toe wiggling individually. If I see them I make someone wear shoes or take them off

The work of satan right there I tell you. Separating toes from eachother that way is an illegal way of treating a POW according to the Geneva conventions (or should be at least). When I'm out driving and it happends that one of my perfectly legal and normal socks get stuck in between two toes, I quickly become a menace to other road users. I'm getting that sock out from between those toes no mater what, firstly by wiggling the toes to try and manipulate the sock back out (if it's the break foot or the gas foot doesn't matter), then by removing the shoe and pulling it out with my hand. All this while driving, as it would be to late to wait for a place to stop.

not a phobia but if I play with my keyring with my fingers I get a metalic sensation in me teeth. Always found that pretty weird.
