Liverpool reserves trail at half time to Blackburn Rovers, after a disappointing first half performance in which the visitors have been well on top. Jemal Johnson gave Rovers the lead after 27 minutes, with a low shot from the edge of the area which beat Dudek on his near post.
The striker almost doubled his side's advantage five minutes before the break with a stunning shot from the corner of the box which crashed against the bar. Dudek saved the follow up from Harkins.
For Liverpool, David Mannix has had the only shot on target, a free kick which was well struck but saved easily enough by the Rovers keeper. Triallist James Tunnicliffe is expected to come on in the 2nd half.
A brief report will be on here at the final whistle, and a full report will be on the site tomorrow.
