Beards

I'm cultivating one right now. Still in the slightly pubic stage but looks to be shaping up nicely. Are they a good thing though? I'm in two minds really and just wondered what the general consesus is on them on here.

Re: Beards

Depends if the goatee is natural or if it demands regular trimming. Trimming of beards is Gay with a capital G, wheras natural beards rule as a sign of manliness.

I have a beard trimmer and sway between very tiny stubblle to beardy bear fighter depending on how I feel. It would be the ideal situation for any man if their beard grew as nicely as mine.

Apart from the fact it gets a bit ginger when it gets longer.....my secret shame.

Re: Beards

I can't grow a beard because although my hair is a mousey brown colour, if I let my facial hair grow it it becomes a mix of brown, grey and ginger hair for some unknown reason, despite the fact we have no ginger freaks anywhere in the family.

Agree with Stu though if you're gonna have a beard it's gotta be a full on beard face and not a goatee as they are too similar to grooming which as has been discussed on here recently is hyper-gay.

Sorry Mikey (laffinfella) lad, but you know it's true.

Re: Beards

Beards itch to fuck after about five or six days' growth, so I can never be arsed. Equally, I hate shaving, so I generally look like a scruffy get.

Agreed. Beards are for paedos. Goatees are so wrong, there isn't even a word for it. Gay just doesn't cover it.

Is Brian Blessed a Paedo? Is he hell, he wouldn't have been so useful to flash if he was.

Beards rule is the right circumstances, that being when they aren't goatee or tramp-esque.

Lennon had a beard, Shakespeare had a beard and Big Ears from Noddy has a beard...how much proof do you need of thier link to genius.

Re: Beards

Paul is the closest on this matter. Shaving is a pain in the arse so beards are better, but beards are a pain in the arse through itchyness, birds moaning that it cuts them and the obvious problem that so many of us seem to be afflicted with, the ginger bits.

So the best option is shave once a week, probably on a sunday, that way you still dont have to shave regularly and there isnt enough of a beard to get pissed off yourself, or have somebody else moan for too long.

On the topic of beards being gay, I think Chuck Norris might disagree with you, as may my dad
