I got one last year - I personally have had no problems with it and got it following a recommendation from a mate. they seem to use a different screen technology to other laptops which does make the screen look a lot clearer. they aren't the cheapest compared to others but they are very good - if you do get one you will find it will be loaded with crap loads of sony software that runs on startup so takes a while to start up that you dont really need so I just disabled these and it runs miles better.
