Avatar blues
Haje,
I am a pretty simple guy! I have read and tried the guide to upload an avatar but with no success.
Can you give me a really easy step by step guide to doing this?
Many thanks,
Paul.

find a small picture you like, right click on it choose properties and copy the www bit (picture must be less than 100*100 pixels) go to the edit options in here and paste the www into the box provided
practice on avatars in here cos' u know they will be the right size

Cheers mate!
I did try that a couple of times, but got the message to say the pic was too big - even though the properties did say <100 x 100.
I will keep trying.

This can happen when the actual file size is too big, in number of kilobytes. It willl usually happen with animated GIFs etc.
Happy you got it to work!

Holy Shite hero- you look like a Norwegian version of Starsky and Hutch's Huggy Bear.

Chris!
I didn't move to Telford until 17 years ago, so I suppose I'm allowed to choose between Shrewsbury and Telford, so I'd have to go for Telford mate.
My sister inlaw plays for Telford ladies and Telford's ground is far better than the newly relegated Shrewsbury's!

Starsky and Hutch??...70`s crimefighters on tv... well, those sunglasses had their prime in the late seventies too...found them a couple of years ago...and they are so ugly that i just had to use them.... And with a size that makes Yoko Ono jealous!... :)
Vladi.... come on...be gentle with jerzy...he`s just been dropped and you add to the pain by throwing that into his face...lol
