This squad could and should be doing better, we have a better squad than we did and we added to it, although ill admit it needs strengthening in parts.

To finish 3rd two seasons on the bounce and then possible finish lower is not good enough.

We all said progress would make us happy, we are regressing and regressing badly.

Its not an impossible job, ill never believe that.
