Anyway, seriously, my original reply was, is a WOW factor really the best use of additional funds, when funds are tight ?

ok if we had Roman in charge, who cares, but if there is a significant difference between the costs of the two, say 50m, given our current crisis Id rather we saved 50m. I dont want to groundshare, but in my mind, as events have moved on, Id rather we were in position than the one were in now. We'd save hundreds of millions of pounds, surely a good thing ?
