There is clearly a market for terracing and it can clearly be done safely. It is just the stubborness of those holding the reins that prevents it.
I cant ever imagine LFC will ever go to standing again due to history and financial economics, the stadium will be built well any change of law was bought in and if we've got 80000 there's no financial benefit to having standing.
