You can have all the safety procedures and technology in the world, but there would still be a lot of problems with terracing, it is better now all seater than it has ever been, maybe it's because I get claustrophobic when i am standing around with a load of people and I need my space, who knows? I still prefer all seater and would never want to go back myself.
