Anyone who is contracted to such a (alleged) corrupt organisation would be well with in there rights to extract themselves from such (resign) and thus protect there own interest without similar suspicions. So get out Masher and appoint a legitimate advisor who has your interests at heart. What could they do? They wouldn't run the risk of a contractual scrutiny in the UK courts.
