Good to see Rafa putting the structure in place that he wants. Hamberg and Elias' roles are pretty clear to me, but what will Owens do? If it's not coaching or recruitment, he must be the admin fella. Hardly a ringing endorsement of his coaching ability, is it?

I wonder if room will be found for any ex-Reds in our set up anywhere. I'd still really like to see Gary Mac back at the club - preferably working with the first team.
