Cheque on its way to HJC. Table since Christmas as follows, if my maths are right:

Mancs Pld 17, 41 pts
Chelsea 17, 36
Arsenal 18, 34
Liverpool 18, 33

Ironic that after Hermes's worries that I might win a straight bet until the end of the season, as the eventual champions might have eased up and allowed us to close the gap, in the end it's been us who have eased up in the Premiership. I count 10 points dropped since March in games where we made no effort to win and/or put out a second-string lineup - Villa, Man City, Portsmouth and Fulham. That still wouldn't quite have been enough for me to win if we'd won all those games, but I thought I'd point it out before Hermes starts crowing about the margin of his victory. Not that he'd do anything like that of course.
