I was waiting to see if Section 31s rating increased enough by today, but it hasn't. The new league is started. As you can see group C and D have 5 teams. I think there is a certain amount of seeding, but the groups are organised by Xpert11 and not me, so don't whinge. We can hopefully get in two more managers for next season. I think it will be better with more group games.

We will try and organise the UEFA cup a bit better this season too, now we know the format.
