I phoned BT up a couple of weeks ago, to get them to rectify a cock-up they'd just made after rectifying another cock-up they'd made. This was on a Friday. After being put on hold I was told that they now are also open on Sundays, and I should call back then.

That fucking annoyed me.

But I hung on despite them.

I also hate the Vogons that you have to deal with from time to time in various government and local government departments.

I'd boil their balls in oil, but alas I can't find the boil-stupid-vogon-testicles-in-oil application form.
