I don't think his teams play that bad football - he has consistently got the best out of the players he has had. Celtic were the best team in Scotland consistently when he was there, he even got them into the Uefa Cup Final, he went mad at Mourinho and his teams diving if anyone remembers correctly.

Leicester were nothing before he went there and nothing since he left. This season Aston Villa were the only team unbeaten before yesterday and they had got points at Emirates and Stamford Bridge too which showed good determination from his teams. Let's not forget this is largely the team that was nearly relegated last season.

I think he is an excellent manager but obviously Liverpool would be a massive step up and the 3-5-2 he likes doesn't sit comfortable with me. He also has to win a few BIG trophies to get a chance here but wherever he has gone he has either met or exceeded expectations and how many managers can you say that about?
