It does depend on the definition, but if you win the Premiership two years on the bounce you're the best team in England, which automatically puts you in the elite of Europe by very definition.

They have a long way to go to join the elite in my eyes. You have to win the CL for starters. Most top players wouldn't choose Chelsea over Barca, Juve
