At the risk of repeating myself several times over we have a great defence, great central midfield players but lack creativity and finishing, you can blame the stirkers for missing chances but you also have to look at the qualtiy of service comming from the wide players and with the exception of some crosses from kewel and gerrard its been pretty poor.

Andy Gray has been quite complementary about us recently and said if we had RVN and Rooney we could chalenge Chelsea for the title

so we dont need any more CM players but we do need two quality wide players and some decent strikers but to single out Crouch really misses the point as he has been the most consistent to date and we dont have Rooney and RVN to step into his shoes amd he currently is the most effective striker at the club
