Anyway, the government have got the Glitter problem sorted. Every single kid in the country is going to be implanted with an anti glitter chip. Glitter is going to be banned from crafts time at school and the whole country will be on glitter watch. He will seem innocuous enough, mind, except for the 100 guards and paparazzi following him just waiting for him to slip into a kid.
