...you're joking right? ODB was class but you can't say hip hop died with anybody. Hip Hop isn't dead, it just took a couple of shots is all. The real shit is still out there if you look properly. It just doesn't get as widely recognized now because it seems they prefer Pop sounding, bubblegum, club tunes to real hip hop. So casual hip hop fans don't find the real stuff.

Also today was a great day for new albums, Ice Cubes "Raw Footage" and The Game's "L.A.X" both leaked onto the net. After one listen to both of them I'm confident enough to say they are the albums of 2008 so far with L.A.X just shading it for me. I was disapointed with Games last release so this had to be a classic. It is.
