No way! A PS3 shouldn't knock your bill up that much. That chart says it draws 200W. Leccy is charged at KwH, so a set charge for 1000W per hour.

Say your supplier charges you 10p per Kwh, your PS3 would cost you 10p for every 5 hours or play. That's excluding the leccy took by your telly too, mind, but assuming you would have the telly on for that time anyway, that's neither here nor there.
