haha i got the exact same thing, seemed to be loads of them out and about in town asking if you want to be lord mayor of the day, outside mcdonalds i think it was. think mr lord mayor himself made an appearence, or it was some other guy with that massive gold chain they wear. speaking of which what is up with that medallion/chain thing whatever it is, the originators of bling.
