Its harder and harder, as time goes on, for the official regime to keep a hat on all things esoteric or paranormal/"supernatural".
Dom, I've been interested in cryptozoology since I was a kid. Bigfoot, the Yeti and Nessie were of great interest to me (along with UFO's, Ghosts and Eskimo's) when I was in primary school.

I had a scrapbook of cuttings from when Skylab crashed back to Earth in 1979. There was great interest in UFO's at the time and my book had details of a number of sightings in Liverpool and North Wales, including an alleged "alien sighting" in Flint during the hot summer of 1976.
