Well, I did get soaked as predicted but at least I was cheered up by seeing a van with a SemenWorld.co.uk logo upon it. I did think about pulling over and offering a top-up but it was a bloke driving.

Anyway, I'm supposed to be starting a health kick, cutting down on the baccy, eating more healthy and I've already started getting some swimming in, but fuck it for today.

It's been a long day, and the only cure is a big fuckoff doner kebab washed down with a few cans of bitter.
