They're not the handy source of things they used to be. Scale Rulers, 20 different shades of paper and proper card, techincal drawing pens, gusseted envelopes, hole punches and tippex thinner are all things of the past; which all need a 20 page business case before they dip their hands into petit cash.

This old town it ain't what it used to be, ain't what its used to be...
