I actually feel really good now mate. If it weren't so late and the chanes of being shot were high I'd go out for a run. I feel quite hyped up and don't think I'm going to ache tomorrow which is a good feeling when you get back to that stage after being out of it for ages.
Legs still feel heavy though and lacking in strength so I know I have to work on that because my passing and control won't get any better until I sort that out and to be honest, I can't be arsed turning up just to chase you round the pitch all night!
