Pretty similar to my situation with my girlfriend. We've been together for 6 years, but neither of us want to get married. However, if she changed her mind and said that she wanted to, I would go ahead with it to make her happy.
Out my group of friends there have been 4 weddings in the past 6 years. 50%have ended in divorce.
