The only thing that you will need is one of those things that changes the power supply an inverter but they only cost a couple of quid... the only problem is that i am buying the laptop for the long-term, so buying it in the U.S may be a bad idea in the long run. Also, i have all my stuff on my current desktop and i would prefer to transfer it all to my laptop before i reach the U.S.
