You'd be looking at challenging straight away. The short leagues means that players develop quickly though and with a new team (with a boost) you'll have the extra challenge but get to see changes quicker.
If everybody else is ok with it of course go ahead. If it is preferred that I take a new team I am down with the kids on that one
