I just realised that I have no mathmatical chance of winning this thing now, unfortunately
I worked out what my best case scenario would be from here on in by getting the most points possible for the two teams I still have left (Germany and Italy) and also a few extra goals for my man Miroslav (better late than Gomez, eh?
). Ok, so were Germany and Italy to both win and keep their opponents scoreless until the final and then one, hopefully Germany, defeating the other to a nil-score in the final. With Klose scoring all the way.
Wudzy is already 4 points up on me and would gain the exact amount of points as me because he also still has Italy, Germany and Klose as his point-getters.
Therefore, fuck off this idea of wanting Italy to win, I hope Spain tear them a new one (wait, they might even like that!), play Holland in the other semi and one of them goes on to meet Deutschland in the final.
