If that old defender that you paid massive dough for has had a shocker this season and is likely to either stay the same in the change report or drop a bar, I'd put him on the market today before the window shuts on Sunday and try and recoup as much of the outlay as you can if I was you mate. Get some money before he ages a year and drops in value more. You can then buy a couple of players at the start of next season who have their futures ahead of them.

He has got an average form of 9, tried to sell him to get some new blood in but because he wants to retire at the club it wont let me put him on the list. He is a prime example of a panic buy, my defence seemed to concede less when he came in though.
Put Chris De Burgh on the list though, whiney singing twat.
