Not nearly as bad as connahs quay, I used to live in Mold for a number of years, like anywhere it has its good and bad, would agree with you on the Quay though, also flint, in fact deeside in general, garden city is not good!
Anyway we are off thread here now so probably best to leave that debate for another time!
