Re: HTML Newsletter

HTML newsletters are all well and good, but if the recipient's e-mail client won't display it then it's a total waste of time.

The send page option in IE will never work. The best way to do it using Outlook is to upload all of the pictures and link to them from the HTML file, which you then set as the stationary for your e-mail. That way, only the HTML will be sent to the recipient and the pictures will be downloaded off the web when they open the e-mail.

This Bulk Email Software e-Campaign Bulk Email Marketing Software HTML Email Newsletter Software Mass Email Bulk Mailing List Software is what we used to use. It allows you to send out an multipart HTML and plain text e-mail so the end client will be able to see whichever one their e-mail program is set up to use. It's quite reasonably priced too.
