Hicks won't sell until he's forced to by the banks or he gets an offer on his terms.

He thinks he's bought himself a nice little cash-cow - loads of CL money "guaranteed" every year, TV money up and up, maybe selling TV rights seperately in a few years, building a stadium with more borrowed money and income soaring, players bought for £20m worth £50m a year later. Texas Heaven - better than oil.
