I don't know where you're getting some of those prices from though mate. JAR for £2M?! Someone is bound to pay about £7/8M for him and I think we could get £5M for Pennant and also about £5M for Benayoun.
That would give us about £35M from player sales:

Carson - £8M
JAR - £7M
Benayoun - £5M
Pennant - £5M
Voronin - £2M
Finnan - £1M
I think we'll have some money to spend apart from sales as well, despite what that article might suggest.
