With our present income stream, from an investor's point of view, it makes no sense whatsoever to spend £90m in the 1st year and £30m a year from then on. It will take years for them to break even.
Hicks' business plan is more suitable - again, from an investor's point of view. Spend less, make sure we get into the top 4, and once the stadium is built, extract millions as profits.
