[She Knows It]

We all know how shit this place has been lately. I know I'm nobody to pipe up after being a member for a year and start saying what's what, however there are a few good points people have made so I'm giving it my ten pence worth. The way we've been dealing with things hasn't worked, and we all need to start doing things differently to try and get this place back on track. Stouffer leaving should be the kick up the backside we all need.

1. RedHorse: I'm guilty of hypocrisy here, because I've been riled by him on so many occasions. I'm changing tack now. He is only here to wind us up, but we're all complicit in letting him. Although it goes against everything I believe in, and smacks of 'Lord of the Flies', I'd urge everyone to put him on ignore and leave him there. Right now. It doesn't look like he's going to be banned, but if he's ignored by all, he may as well be.

On to the Muslim thing. I think his religion is by the by. If it wasn't Islam, he'd have another agenda. I think it was Big Ig who mentioned something I'd said on another thread about him turning us against Islam. Can I just point out that I didn't mean that literally, just that he wasn't doing Muslims any favours. I hope nobody would judge millions of followers of a particular religion based on the behaviour of one person. But while we're on the subject of Muslims, it brings me to

2. Rashid: As someone who never frequents the dark side, I can only base my opinions of a member by their GF posting. In my whole time here as both lurker and member, I can honestly say that I have never seen Rash post anything on the GF that would even begin to justify the shit he gets on here. He's constantly mocked and derided, yet rarely reacts and I think that's testament to him. I really don't give 2 hoots what goes on on the *F. He's okay on the GF and that should be recognised on the GF.

3. Cross-thread/Forum bickering: I can't stand this. If you have a todo with someone on a particular thread, can you please start and end it on that thread. Don't bring it up on every single thread. It's bringing the forum down. Just because things may have got a bit heated on a given subject, doesn't mean you have to hate that person for the rest of time. Grow up. You wouldn't do that in real life. Don't do it here, it's uncomfortable and exceptionally tedious for the rest of us.

4. Reputations: I don't think this has done the forum any favours. It's another method for people to score points off each other (I'm talking of using negging as another way to have a dig at a person). Let's try and spread the love a bit more. Just be nice.
