Yes. It requires a lot of fucking about and will be very low quality. If you do a search on Google for "Download Youtube video" there will be loads of sites which will download it for you. It will download onto your computer as an FLV file.

Next you need to convert it to a proper video format using this: Riva VX: Riva FLV Encoder and then write it to a DVD in the usual way.
