Jose obviously wasn't a proven premiership winner before he joined Chelsea, as Rafa wasn't for us. But comparing both records before this, and I'd argue that Rafa's is superior.
The 2 premierships that Jose won were pretty much bought.
And when you have a look at this
Wasteful Jose, you'll see that pretty much any manager could win the league with spending like that.
