Can't believe we're a year down the line and still no nearer to building the stadium, or paying for it, with the manager yet again having to wheel and deal to buy his targets and close the rather large gap above us.

Spot on and if they do manage to pull it off we're looking at 50m (made up #) of interest payments per year. Arsenal are struggling with their wage structure (hence losing Flamini) and they've not borrowed as much as Hicks is looking to do.
