Where has he gotten this "10-year"-shit from? Is it just some new playword that he was invented in his mind and is going to repeat over and over and over infinately, or has someone actually said it?
On the subject of stability; as long as you know you've got the best manager in place, surely the best strategy is to let him build over a number of years, even if it means some trophyless seasons here and there. It all come down to trusting the manager, and we know you don't Rash, and that's ok. But stop trying to convince people that you want to give him another season etc. People know you're lying, and that causes irritation.
