I think I should decide the outcome, even if the teams aren't tied on points. I won't even have to give reasons.
This year Liverpool win and Arsenal, Chelsea, United and Everton are relegated. The top three from the championship are promoted, unless it is Crystal Palace. Shrewsbury are promoted from League Two to the Prem.
